My role involves engaging with our audience and followers across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok), achieving Meta verified official account status organically, and initiating digital activations to boost our follower count. I develop monthly strategies, budget plans, performance analysis reports, and manage digital ad performance for all Citroën models. Additionally, I establish systems for KOL endorsements, create local brand guidelines, manage OOH and DOOH media placements, and coordinate with creative and digital agencies. I also prepare proposals and weekly reports for both Indonesian HQ and Citroën principles, ensuring our national network and dealers are well-supplied with design materials, while maintaining strong relationships with the Citroën Community/Club.Coming from a different background and stepping out of my comfort zone into the realm of digital marketing and automotive industry has been an incredible journey of growth and learning. As a visual storyteller, I translated the director's vision from the script into the drawing board. I improvised the scene by drawing practical jokes or emotional expressions with the director's approval.

It is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with over 600 employees. I supported the animation, illustration, and every design materials for the English version, Indonesian language, Thai, Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
