Light Steel Frame SystemCountry House : 4 suites in Light Steel Frame Work Location: Itatiba/SP Construction Manager: March/ 2020 to October / 2020Activities: • Responsible for the Requisition of Materials;• Inspection/Monitoring/Technical Support for Light Steel Frame assembly;• Preparation of Schedule to optimize time and recommend measures to improve productivity.Results: • Hands-on learning during the pandemic period with the implementation of infrastructure with sewage installations and radier foundation for the construction of the Light Steel Frame constructive system;• Monitoring the assembly of the LSF structure with the metal carpenter. As a learning strategy, I performed hands-on training for the complete assembly of the LSF structure with roof, OSB plating, internal dry wall, insulation, External OSB with EIFS and BaseCoat.Evolution: • I started working with the metal carpenter as an assistant to learn all the details of assembling the structure and it was really a great learning experience.
