I am a human resources specialist at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), one of the leading universities in Indonesia. I am passionate about supporting the academic growth and development of lecturers and staff, and I have been involved in various HR processes and projects for the past 2.5 years. Some of my achievements include processing and verifying proposals for lecturers' promotions and rank, administering the academic assessment team meeting, and inputting and checking lecturers' proposals through the credit score scoring system of the Directorate General of Higher Education of Indonesia.
