Handle all aspects of the business including customer relations, project management, brand management, social media marketing, development, purchasing, bookkeeping, volunteer recruiting, and training. Design and maintain website for H&L Imprints.Create and present creative concepts for print projects, product design, photography, and presentations directly to H&L clients in a timely manner. Produce creative designs for logos, websites, business cards, brochures, flyers, greeting cards, newsletters, e-newsletters, posters, signage and other promotional materials.Seek and establish new relationships for building contracts and working business relationships with leaders in the Brockton community. Design engaging art exhibits that build community awareness in an effort to bring a positive reputation back to “The City of Champions”, Brockton.

• Run the computer lab with primary responsibility to be present, visible, and available to students with technical and educational support for their computer based classes. (20 computers) • Answer questions from students in the Computer Lab that need guidance with their career choices by providing online course suggestions that support their career goals.• Perform basic computer troubleshooting, including course specific software updates and printer maintenance. • Maintain a safe and quiet environment for all students to work productively. • Impart knowledge for life skills that students need to feel motivated in the classroom. • Setup and train students on Odysseyware (an online learning self-pace program), • Prepare monthly reports and track grades of all students on their Odysseyware. • Monitor and supervise students; substitute coverage.

Provide supervision of resident units, monitor phone calls, and perform and record resident counts in 4 minute intervals. Facilitate in-takes of new residents that have been admitted into the program. Provide monitoring of residents by constant rotations during overnight shifts and monitoring of closed circuit televisions.Maintain awareness of potential safety hazard situations.Complete incident reports to document all resident physical related incidents & Handle all interruptions and complaints. Daily complete resident intake documentation upon resident arrive to facility.Maintain the call log, communication log, phone log, professional call log, point sheet, and resident tracking book while maintaining coverage of front desk.

Support the department Vice President and Marketing Coordinator through creating and meeting the graphic design needs of the department with completion of various company projects on a weekly basis. Produce communication materials designed to improve, change, and strengthen positive attitudes towards the YMCA and our services. Create layouts and designs advertising, marketing collateral, and other materials, including selection and arrangement of photos, type, illustrations, and color.Assist the VP with grant and contract preparation and other Association communication tasks as needed.

Inspire a whole new generation of Apple addicts with our training and support services. Get customers enthused about present and future Apple products that are currently in the storeProvide an amazing, personalized shopping experience to each and every customer. Assist customers with finding the right solutions to their concerns by going over the situation with them personally or directing them to the correct department. Drive and increase sales for the store through staying active on the sales floor and remaining well educated on all products and services provided by Apple to educate our customers relating to any of their computer, software, or training needs.
