Been in a BPO industry for almost 10 years, as a technical support and most of them is from a TELCO company. I spend 5 years in TPG as an adsl engineer and right after i resigned i was promoted as a product and trainer and at the same time as POC of escalation team handling level 2 support. I was once a field technician in Globe telecom for 9 years doing field works outside and that made me more knowledgeable abiut the infrastructure that made me a good troubleshooter when it comes to addressing and resolving internet issue.
