My extensive background as a Senior CRM Consultant with major SA Telco, ISP, Networking, Application and Consulting companies has provided me with the experience of dealing with structured and unstructured environments.As a Sales and Marketing Management graduate with 20 years plus experience in Siebel and other CRM systems implementation and operations, I have the unique ability to bring people and systems together.During this time, I have expanded my skill set into the management areas and was seconded to open and managed the CRM division within Edge Evolve, responsible for all aspects of management including budgets, customer contracts, supplier and resource management.Thanks to my seasoned experience, I have a deep understanding all aspects of the IT Application project’s SDLC, and have unique experience in extracting business requirements and business processes to map these requirements to system functionality. The translation of the requirements into functional and technical specifications, working with solution architecture and managing technical delivery from development teams, setting up and managing testing teams, managing training content development and delivery and managing the technical and business roll-out, completes my experience in end-to-end system delivery life cycle management.I flourish when assisting in forming the bridge between IT and business as get involved in taking the solution to business, assisting with change management, training and roll-out and establishing the governance and support required for the solution not only within IT but also within the business areas. Systems are delivered and supported while continually driving adoption into business, assisting business to optimally use the systems and to ultimately realise a positive return on investment.My extensive work experience covers aspects of implementation, deployment, optimisation and support of Siebel Applications (Siebel Sales, Service and Marketing ). In addition to this, I am responsible for the successful implementations of one for the first Oracle CX implementations in SA.My passion remains for ensuring the delivery of successful projects that bring business and technology closer together and to mentor and ensure that teams are able to deliver their projects above client expectation.
