Provide guidance and leadership to sales team to achieve monthly goals. Consistently coach and mentor each team member to deliver exceptional sales information regarding the Micro-fit program. Contact existing customers who are contemplating cancelling the Micro-fit project and keep them on as customers. Build relationships with different departments to ensure smooth customer transition from sales to Project Management then customer service. Key Accomplishments:• Continuous coaching provided for team members to achieve monthly goals• Ensure team members are up to date with changes in the Micro-fit program• Prepare and deliver year end reviews• Create and develop scripting for sales calls along with scripting for Retention customers• Create Excel spreadsheets for tracking worked files and for reporting to Executive Management • Take on escalated calls from customers who have concerns regarding project status and who require more information on the Micro-fit program.

Oversee daily functions. Prepare and organize schedules, daily reconciliation of previous night cash drop, confirm product order for distributors, build and maintain relationships with inhouse and customers.

Manage process and customer relations. Ensure service levels met, prepare documentation for audit purposes, prepare and deliver performance reviews and set up daily workfoce schedules based on volume.
