• Implementing SAP and OpenText for SAP Solutions to our customers• Gather customer requirement specific to SAP and OpenText for SAP configuration• Map customers business need to the capabilities of the software• Identify and design areas where customizations to base software are needed• Maintain status as an industry expert through participation in forums confrences and discussion
