I am student of IVE Haking Wong. After graduation, I expect to work in the Hotel industry.I have passion for both hospitality and cooking. So I traveled to a number of other countries in the past, and while in there, I noticed how a local hotel operated and was drawn in by the cuisine. Therefore, I am studying the Higher Diploma to learn the knowledge about the Hotel and Catering Management. I have studied the duties of several positions in hospitality and catering in school, such as, Hotel Management,Hotel reception, Housekeeper, chef and bartender. In the future, I hope to apply that knowledge to work in the hotel.
