In this fast-growing consulting company I am responsible for account management and sales. I have worldwide customers like Bayer, Lanxess, DSM, AkzoNobel, Nutreco, Kverneland, and others. I work together with them to find solutions for their business goals, create business cases, and create the right paths for successful implementations. My customers, my colleagues and I are working on strategic advises to increase the value of customer relationships by working on the implementation of CRM, change management and user adoption.

Netherlands

As a Global Account Manager for MOL, General Electric EMEA, Audi Győr, Richter Gedeon, BKV, and MÁV, I was looking for opportunities within these customers to position products from the SAP portfolio. I especially liked working with an international team on these opportunities: with professionals from all over the world I formed Virtual Account Teams to optimize our sales process and the results for my customers.

I was responsible for sales to Hungary's financial and telecom sectors. The broad portfolio of Oracle applications offered plenty of opportunities to work with my customers. With a team of professionals we closed deals at OTP Bank, Pénztárszolgáltató, Allianz, Aegon, Pannon, Pantel, and many others.I learned to work in a large multinational company, and use the resources that are offered by that environment. By working with the broad Oracle portfolio, I developed an understanding how the organizations of my customers work, increase their value and how I can help them reach higher goals.

Hungary

United Transfer, one of Oracle's major BI partners in Europe, delivered advanced BI solutions to international customers. I was one of 3 sales, and I was responsible for our international sales and accounts. These included Kraft Jacobs Suchard, BAA London Airport Administration, SAS Scandinavian Airways, Douwe Egberts, Unilever, Nutricia, Euronet and many others. Unted Transfer had, at its peak, over 60 consultants who travelled the world to implement Oracle BI solutions. I worked with them and my customers to deliver valuable solutions, and expand our footprint. I learned that doing business with people from different countries often requires different approaches.

A recruiting company is the best way to start a career after university: get to know the market, the players, positions and what they mean and do, and a lot of content.This is where I worked with companies like Philips, Sony, Oracle, KFKI, United Transfer and many others, and heard about industry solutions, learned many IT related expressions, and started understanding life after university.I sold our services to customers, sold positions to candidates, and sold candidates to customers.
