Responsibilities and tasks included:- Overall responsible of financial administration and control, including management of administration department (3 FTE).- Part of management team- Reporting of financial month- and year report to head office- Development of business control tools- Improvement of business processes- Preparation of budget- Cost control

FLORIMEX INTERNATIONAL BV, holding of the Florimex group, a worldwide group of trade/production companies in the world of cut flowers, bouquets, plants and decorative green with a yearly turnover of around 320 million Euro. The Group had a network of over 30 branches and offices within Europe and South America. Responsibilities and tasks included:- Consolidation of Group report for Management board, Supervisory board, private equity investor and banks- Maintenance and improvement of group reporting and consolidation application- Preparation of consolidated Annual accounts (Florimex Group BV).- Coordination of yearly Group audit- Managing Group budget process- Analysis and control of periodic reports from local subsidiaries.- Setting up reporting guidelines- Cash flow forecasting- Managing transition to new bank, including setting up a new cash pool and credit facility (15m€) based on factoring of receivables

Responsibilities and tasks included:- Cash flow budgeting and forecasting- International cash management, setting up and managing of Treasury management information system for daily monitoring of Groups´ cash position- Co-operate within a team of 3 controllers to prepare the monthly consolidated Group report together with a financial analysis on the affiliates’ results - Assisting of Group controller during internal audits at European subsidiaries
