His day-to-day responsibility includes creating cash flow models, proforma income/expense, property tax analysis, and other financial analyses to evaluate acquisition opportunities. He also prepared investment committee memoranda and related materials through market research and financial analysis, and present the underwriting summary to the heads of the investment committee.
