 Responsible for the sales of BSS solutions in MTN group, includes: Mobile Money, Big Data, CBS/OCS, CRM, etc. Develop sales strategy of Huawei BSS solutions within 22 MTN operating companies. Synergy with all representative offices and provide needed support. Lead major bidding and shortlist projects in MTN group.

 Responsible for the marketing strategy and customer exploring of Mobile Payment / E-Commerce solution in Africa region.  Lead the integration between Mobile Payment system and Telecom systems. And successfully deployed the first commercial site in Africa. Solution communication and training to customers.

 Responsible for the sales strategy and sales management of Huawei BSS solution in Southern-East region. Achieved sales revenue growth of 30% year-to-year growth rate during 4 years. Lead major bidding and swap projects in southern-east region. Break through value customers in the region includes Vodacom, Cell C, Tigo, etc. Organize BSS branding activities for major customers, e.g. Solution workshop, TMF MW Africa, AficaCom, etc.

 Requirement management for major customers in Asia Pacific and Africa region. Arrange product roadmap according to customer requirements.  Support front line sales activities, includes solution presentation, requirement investigation and bidding, etc.  Requirement consolidation of global major customers. Optimize software architecture and system functions.

 Version maintenance and new features development on SCP, FEP platforms (C++). Development and maintenance of wireless intelligent network monthly charging system (C++). Service flow customization and optimization of wireless intelligent network voice services (Huawei own service creation environment).
