MinMemoria simplified sharing the life stories of individuals living in institutions, resulting in caregiving becoming more individually tailored to each recipient.• Spearheaded the rollout of "Triggo" at all nursing homes in Trondheim, a collaborative project with the municipality fostering intergenerational activity and conversations.• Implemented cross-departmental feedback processes, leading to a cultural shift towards feedback, improved understanding of user needs, and products prioritizing end-user focus.• Implemented SCRUM as the working methodology within the product team.• Designed a streamlined registration and login flow for all our digital products, reducing the number of steps from 16 to 3 and decreasing registration time from approximately 3-5 minutes to just 20 seconds.• Conducted multiple competitor and industry analyses, one of which led to the acquisition of a company.• Led several internal creative workshops that directly shaped the product strategy.• Developed a survey distributed to 40,000 members of the Pensioners' Association ("Pensjonistforbundet", yielding 4,200 complete responses — a response rate of 10.5%.
