About Hermann Egges

Tot tweemaal toe ben ik genomineerd als exportmanager van het jaar, waarbij het juryrapport bevestigde dat de succesvolle en gezonde groei van mens en organisatie te danken was aan mijn wijze van aansturing op gedrag. Ik faciliteer een gezonde groei van de organisatie en hun mensen. Mijn specialisatie is het opzetten van (technisch commerciële) bedrijfsprocessen en het implementeren daarvan. Ik stuur specifiek aan op gedrag door een participerende, coachende en mensgerichte manier van leiding geven, waarbij fouten gemaakt mogen worden, zolang men er maar van leert.
