Het grotendeel van de organisaties kan zich niet onderscheiden in kwaliteit of prijs. De enige manier om je te onderscheiden als organisatie is door gedrag. Gedrag is echter wel het moeilijkst te managen. Ik heb meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in het leiding geven aan mensen, waarbij ik het aansturen op gedrag succesvol in praktijk heb gebracht. Tot tweemaal toe ben ik genomineerd als exportmanager van het jaar, waarbij het juryrapport bevestigde dat de succesvolle en gezonde groei van mens en organisatie te danken was aan mijn wijze van aansturing op gedrag. Ik faciliteer een gezonde groei van de organisatie en hun mensen. Mijn specialisatie is het opzetten van (technisch commerciële) bedrijfsprocessen en het implementeren daarvan. Ik stuur specifiek aan op gedrag door een participerende, coachende en mensgerichte manier van leiding geven, waarbij fouten gemaakt mogen worden, zolang men er maar van leert. Het resultaat is dat mensen het maximale uit zichzelf en hun organisatie halen, waardoor de organisatie en de mensen succesvol zijn. Ik krijg energie van een leidinggevende technisch commerciële positie, waarbij ik op een coachende manier consultative- en diagnostic selling in praktijk kan brengen. Beide strategieën zijn gebaseerd op aansturing van gedrag, waarbij verwachtingen worden gemanaged. Dit is alleen succesvol indien bedrijven zich kunnen en willen onderscheiden en de missie-visie-strategie van het bedrijf hierop aansluit. Ook moeten de producten of diensten hiervoor geschikt zijn.Bovengenoemde is niet alleen van toepassing op een sales omgeving, maar kan met name succesvol bedrijfsbreed worden ingezet.Ik mag graag een managementteam aansturen, dan wel minimaal meedenken en mede beslissen over de missie-visie-strategie van de organisatie binnen een managementteam.
