• Oversee nomination of trucks that are mechanically sound for delivery of products to customers.• Ensure that the operations are smooth by undertaking planned loss prevention systems and also by involving all the stake holders in the entire process so as to address any concerns and timely resolution of issues.• Ensure implementation of aviation procedures key to quality of product and service aligned to industry standards.• Daily monitoring of stock levels and coordinating with the supply team to eliminate stock outs while ensuring only optimum quantities are maintained at all times. • Carry out daily reconciliations and address all unusual findings on time to support in timely decision making• Monitoring daily operation activities at depot in line with standard operating procedures by liaising with team members • Participate fully in depot activities by guiding the subordinate staff on day to day activities and address any matters arising.
