Early focus on in-depth education in energy supply and electronics was set at the RAG. An employment as service engineer in a regional hospital was followed by a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Applied Science (Dortmund) with special concentration on energy supply, power plants and renewable energy resources such as wind turbines, photovoltaics and solar heating but also computer science and network. The latter led to the call into the medical industry and there first into the service department of one of the leading ophthalmic companies. High customer focus and dedication to sales opened the positions of Sales and Marketing Manager and finally into the position of European Sales and Marketing Manager.
