About Hermann Hoffmann

Having published various articles in German and English about the legal Problems of international Commercial Transactions and the needed reform of cross-border Dispute Resolution mechanisms, I benefit enormously from my experiences in academia.Special Focus of my work is the ability to identify cross-border legal problems and to demonstrate possible soultions.
