About Julie Hermann

As a shopper expert and founder of Focus Shopper, I have been leading qualitative research projects for manufacturers and retailers since 2011. My mission is to help them understand and influence the behavior of consumers in different points of sale, and to optimize their retail mix accordingly.I also share my knowledge and insights through consultancy and training, both for professionals and students.
