Research scientist and educator with experience in high-speed analog circuit design, mainly using compound semiconductor devices; as well as electronic and optoelectronic heterostructure components.My recent work emphasized the design and realization of multi-functional frontend ICs, especially for short-range sensors, and for short-range, high data rate mm-wave systems.
