We manufacture tire molds and their drawings.I led the launch of the manufacturing of the latest profiles molds (Turanza 6, Dueler AT002, Turanza All Season 6, Blizzak 6).I hold the responsibility for design reviews, processes, and procedures to improve productivity and quality. I managed the planning delegating work according to specialism, project priorities and technical challenges.I have trained junior profiles in best practices and processes, which has helped to overcome production peaks.I have been audited several times about ISO 9001 with succes.

I took the lead of the IT dept and I managed technical R&D projects - Mold laser texturing implementation - Developing a prototype to place vents into molds. - Study of insourcing of mold components production using additive manufacturing

I was in charge of the IT part of several automation projects: - Setting up 2 production lines driven by the needs of the office - Searching for the best references of molded parts by metrology process - Robotic drilling cell implementationI was responsible for the development and outsourcing of special applications dedicated to the manufacture of tire molds.

Based on Engineers requests, I created the foundry toolings of tire molds. - I carried out the feasibility study and geometry update (casting). - I made the drawings, 3D conception and the machining programs. - I purchased the spare parts and followed up the machining at the workshop.
