• Led a team developing an information and analytical report on the state of foreign trade and exports in the Far East region (including China). The resulting study was cited in the media and was presented at foreign trade forums;• Led a cross-functional effort of evaluation and proving concept of major PPP project with over $670M estimated funding;• Proposed and developed system of Smart-KPI for system of grant distribution for young researchers (social sciences and ESG studies).

• Created regional investment ranking system and managed it's implementation. This ranking is now used for evaluation and assessment of regional investments in the subjects of the Far East;• Managed process of strategic dashboards and presentations drafting for highest government members (up to prime-minister level);• Initiated creation of brand-new organisation's communication channels via messengers and social networks.

• Designed network analysis of interaction between analytical (research) organizations and public government decision-makers;• Organized automatized collection of data from publications related to public policy across >1500 sources.

• Developed a concept and a plan of informational occasions for the release of news, stories and other materials about the activities of the organization, which further attracted more than 25K followers (~45к viewers daily);• Interviewed foreign ministers from CIS governments. Talking points, highlighted in these interviews, were later used during implementation of EEU (Eurasian Economic Union) trade agreements.
