Herman is a founding partner of LeadingMile Consulting and the Chief Technical Officer. As CTO, he is responsible for all technical offerings including, but not limited to, report development, ETL development, and Solution Architecture. Herman has extensive knowledge of eFront, both at application level and DWH level. For LeadingMile, Herman has developed their proprietary data migration tools and has led the development of the Test Automation Framework. The composition of the project team changed slightly, making me the lead for the data migration and interfacing track. I am responsible for the migration of data into eFront from several different sources, like SimCorp Dimension, Burgiss and flat files. The two new asset classes have an impact on the existing interfaces and require several new ones. I am responsible for designing the interfaces and migration scripts and with a team of developers these designs are implemented.
