Hermanto Pandapotan Sitohang is graduate from Faculty of Law Jambi University for a 3.7 years study period. He has been chairmen of associations and active in various committees in the field of law and leadership.Have worked as a Frelance Administrator in one of the political parties in Indonesia. Have worked as a Administration Intern for 4 mounth at DISKOMINFO Provinsi Jambi, thirdly had an internship as a Legal Administration in LBH, and had worked freelance as a Legal Consulting at Paham Hukum. Now i start my career as a Adira Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is comprehensive and rigorous program that prepares future leaders in the finance industry. Through the ALDP, I learn about various aspects of account management, such as acquisition, maintenance, monitoring, problem solving, development, and recovery. I also gain exposure to different business processes. I aspire to become a competent and effective leader who can deliver value and excellence to the organization and customers.Have interest in working in the field of compliance, government relations, fraud analyst, and account reciviable, and other related matters. The skills possessed include public speakeng, negotiation, problem solver, microsoft office, etc.And for me Integrity is number one. Because I can do my best with integrity. I am also a hard worker and able to work both individual and within team. I'm willing to learn and work very well with others and anxious to put my knowledge into practical.
