As a Senior Project Manager at Norstat Sverige AB I run projects within all data collection methods (online, CATI, personal interviews, Mystery Shopping and recruitment for Focus Groups). A Project Manager at Norstat coordinates the necessary functions (programming, production, etc.) in order to deliver the agreed materials on time. My role as Senior Project Manager also combines with an overall responsibility for the methods Personal Interviews (CLT, In-store, In-home, etc.) and Mystery Shopping which, in addition to method development and economic follow-up, includes managing the production staff for these methods.I am also part of the Management Group for Norstat Sweden.

As Production Manager I was responsible for all data collection at IntervjuPoolen AB. Our main focus was on personal interviews (F2F) and Mystery Shopping but we also carried out CATI projects as well as recruited to Focus groups. I was one of three partners and we had around 10 employees and our turn-over peaked at 21 million SEK (€ 2,2 million).

Project Manager for marketing and research projects aimed at getting the public to use public transportation to a greater extent. Our clients were Skånetrafiken, AB Uppsalabuss, Umeå Lokaltrafik, Värmlandstrafiken, Östgötatrafiken AB, Västtrafik, etc.
