This role supports the Procure to Pay processes and functionalities within the SAP S/4 HANA PepsiCo Global Template, requiring both local and international travel to India for support. Promoting support, adoption, and compliance with the Procure to Pay elements of the project. Collaboration with Functional Leads, IBM, SA Local, Global, and Europe/AMESA/APAQ teams. Working closely with the PMO (Project Management Office) on project goals fulfilling project plan obligations for Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement, Supplier Management, Contact Manufacturing.Work in collaboration with the IBM Implementation Team and both global and local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Contribute to the Fit/Gap and Lift and Shift analysis for the comprehensive solution. Engage with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to enhance, streamline, and unify processes in the forthcoming S4 Hana System (PGT Template). Prepare and obtain approval for the Business Process Document (BPD) at levels L3 and L4.Review the Configuration Solution Documents (CSD) and Change Request Documents (CRD). Assess the Functional Unit Testing (FUT) that has been conducted.Prepare for Functional System Integration Testing (SIT). Facilitate and ensure the successful preparation of both SIT and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure preparation for Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) Performance Testing, Batch Job Management, and System Integration Management within the PTP value stream. Additionally, facilitate the preparation for Data Volume Management (DVM) and Archiving.Assist with the Ramp Down and Ramp Up of Business and Technical Cutover Activities. Provide support for PTP, EAM, and OTC value streams through Winshuttle Script Development during the Business Cutover phase.Provide support during the post Go-Live phase through Hypercare activities, both onsite and remotely across the country. Assist with user onboarding, training, and the career and talent development of Pepsico Associates.
