• Supporting User issues for the applications that are responsible for supporting in line with defined SLA’s• Working with the relevant Technology team members to ensure that the user’s issues are solved within the SLA timeframe.• A liaison between business user & technology team to understand and to refine the requirements.• Translate business requirements to system functional and non-functional requirements.• Own the product solution and detailed design/configuration of the respective systems.• Modify and upgrade existing application/software to adapt with business requirement changes.• Develop software testing scenario or validation processes.• Manage and track solution contents including user guidelines.• Assist and to provide guideline in terms of system design and user interfaces.• Provide work around solution should the system has limitation to meet the requirement.• Ensure the task completion within project implementation timeline with validated deliverables.• Review on system patches/notes to improve performance or to eliminate bugs.• Ensure the users are updated on changes that occur to the applications.• Ensure the FAQ and training contents are continually updated to reflect the current state of application. • Interact with end-users and process owner to optimize the processes and productivities.• Conduct training to improve user system mastery.• Work on projects as required and as time permits.• Improve overall knowledge on process design and analysis as well as process automation.• Work with selected vendors to manage the scope on behalf of the business users when projects are executed externally

• Participates in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.• Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.• Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.• Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.• Is responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.• Facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application.)• Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
