Since 2018, I was able to triple our external acquisition program, managing simultaneously up to 8 subcontractors and the "in-house" team. I also contribute to develop and reinforce our internal F2F program and our retention/donors relation program.

Activity: Noé is a non-profit association that seek to preserve and restore the biodiversity, both in France and at an international scale. Noé also wants to reconnect the link between Mankind and Nature via education, social involvment and environmental awareness.I am in charge of the program "Maisons de Noé". Its purpose is to reconnect Nature and buildings, in order to promote urban biodiversity, to reduce buildings users' environmental footprint and stimulate a social dynamic. To that end, I conceive the technical aspect of the program, I am also in charge of finding private and institutionnal partners in order to implement better biodiversity intergation in construction projects (development) and promote the program (mainstream communication).
