• Part of Programming & Outreach (PO) team overseeing one of the most exciting flagship events inSingapore’s design calendar, Singapore Design Week, relaunched in2022 as a premier design festival and a benchmark creative.
• Part of the team that oversaw workstreams under the Singapore Design Week(SDW) and working closely with the PO team to manage andexecute the overall event concept, to ensure the successfuldelivery of this flagship.
• Working closely with the workstream leads to review, structure,negotiate and sign agreements with the festival’s strategicpartners.
• Managing the budget, resource and operating plan for SDW, toensure that the project is delivered within budget and timelines.
• Liaising, coordinating and collaborating with internal and externalstakeholders here and abroad, including key partners, curators,the design and business communities, educational institutions,industry associations.
• Managing and/or assisting with procurements related to SDW, toensure adherence to official guidelines.

• Develop and implement special events to reach a broad range of audiences, including families, young adult, new museum-goers, and community groups; and also bring museum programmes to new venues
• Conceive and plan a range of museum programmes of educational value and wide appeal
• Develop participation from outside groups, sponsors, and donors

- Oversees the creative team to help develop the agency's creative product for clients. This team includes copywriters and designers. - Works with Account Executives & Managers to ensure the client's needs are being met and the creative goals are on track. - Develop every aspect of an event campaign based on the client's marketing plan, conceptualize those.

 Organise and manage social and sports activities for the club, Interest Groups membership promotional campaigns and roadshows to achieve membership growth. Implement effective communication to promote the club’s activities and facilities to members. Achieving Interest Groups membership growth targets, planning and executing effective marketing.

- Propose, pitch and present ideas and concepts for B2B & B2C events, mainly involving MICE - Interact with the client and account management to gain an understanding of the project goals and objectives and ensure client approval of the estimate and schedule- Handle client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs.
