• Responsible for providing support and administrative coordination for the sales activity/renewal process such as promotion, quotation, purchase order, delivery.• Responsible to follow up local supplier and overseas supplier back order and maintain good supplier delivery rate.• Responsible to communicate with customer in term of back order, negotiate with customer for shipment date and responsible to push the supplier to expedite the shipment.• Assisting in preparation and distribution for client legal agreements, attachments, proposals, and business correspondence as required.• Responsible for providing forecast sales and gathering with the actual sales numbers quarterly.• Responsible to Monitoring Sales Order status, Back Order Status, and Inventory Level Status.• Assisting Account Manager for providing Market survey analysis report.• Responsible for providing technical claim report and reporting to the Director Market Quality Operation and follow up for the result.• Responsible for handling importation administration process and communication with freight forwarding agent about documentation such as Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice and Certificate of Origin.

• Responsible for customer Installment Confirmation Process That Has Passed its Maturity.• Responsible for customer service.
