• Responsible for planning and coordinating all activities relating to the preparation and shipment of finished goods from the factory• Manage and maintain shipping operations in accordance with company policies• Utilizing the IFS system reports, determines daily stock inventory items that need to be picked and shipped• Shipping logistics, commercial carriers and freight companies• UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Freight LTL, Freight Forwarders• ITN preparation for international shipments and customs• Provide focused service request fulfillment, incident resolution and compliance services with domestic and international clients• Communicate effectively with customer and customer service to answer questions and resolve escalated requests• Prepare commercial invoices, NAFTA documentation, SLI documents• Trained additional personnel to help manage increased shipments • Complete necessary management reports as required• Help with or complete special projects at the discretion of the Manager
