Senior Specialist Key Accounts
CurrentOverseeing the end-to-end sales cycle on all new & existing business for key accounts. From building business cases, investment analysis & financial modelling, to prospecting & selling the offer (including contract negotiation) then execution, revenue assurance and debt collection.Lead on response to tenders from customers with excellent crossfunctional collaboration.Meticulous contract management and compliance to SLAs by both clients and IHS. Lead in customer engagement and track customer satisfaction.Identifying mutually beneficial opportunities, leading negotiations with existing customers on discounts and adjustments for existing or new services. Ensure seamless completion of onboarding for new customers including execution and satisfaction.Quarterly/annual budget and budget re-forecasting process for three major revenue streams.
