Monitoring & coordinates operation from Control Panel,ensuring safe and efficient operations.Includes maintaining continuous contact with various areas of the entire plant to keep them informed of overall operating conditions.Maintains continuous radio contact with Rover & Senior Operators to keep them informed of operating conditions to request manual adjustment of equipment,to carry out on site reading & convey instruction given by Shift Supervisor.Alter operating conditions to allow prior isolation of equipment for maintenance accordingly to procedures,following completion of maintenance.Keep aware of going maintenance work by reviewing permit to work/logs.Communicates with Panel Operators from other areas to coordinate operations that may affect the operation or production of any Unit within the plant.A focal communications point between Shift Supervisor/Superintendent & outside operators during emergency situations.

Assists in the operation of the assigned areas/unit by monitoring operations of static & rotating equipment and taking actions under instructions to vary conditions,inspecting fire and safety equipment in area,taking samples,handling chemicals and preparing assigned units for maintenance.Checking and observes on an going basis,the proper functioning of assigned plant and equipment by reading gauges,levels & recording such finding on a logsheet,identifying the equipment,specific reading & time and date of occurrence.Informs the Shift Supervisor or Panel Operator of any unsual observations such as noise,vibration,spillage,faulty reading or leakages,and makes an adjustment accordance with instructions from Panel Operator.Checks the presence and proper condition of all safety and fire equipment in designated area and report any abnormality to Panel Operator.Assists in preparation for maintenance of assigned equipment in accordance with Supervisor Instructions by performing preparatory activities.Assist Area Operators in other Units during Start Up,Shutdown,equipment isolation or preparation.

As an Area Operator and rotation Panel Operator.Field operation of assigned facilities/unit by monitoring performance of static and rotating equipment.Inspecting for functionality fire protection and safety equipment.Making adjustment to process equipment as instructed.Area covered Slugcatcher, GMS ( Gas Metering Station), Sphere Tank (C2 & C3 storage), Sulfinol Unit, Dehydration Unit,Liquifaction Unit, Propane Unit,NG Unit, Fractionation Unit and Sulfinol Reclaimer Unit.As FIT (First Intervention Team) to fight any fire or emergency and trained by Fire Department and Sribima Maritime Training Centre (Miri,Malaysia).Trained as First Aider by Malaysia Red Crescent (Bintulu,Malaysia).Rotating Panel Operator for Malaysia LNG Satu which consist of 3 Module.Area included Slugcatcher (liaise with Shell,neighbor, if any abnormality),GMS ( Gas Metering Stations), Sulfinol Reclaimer Unit, Sphere Tank (C2 & C3 Storage) and most of all, the LNG Module from Acid Gas Removal Unit to Liquifaction of LNG.Communicates with Utility's and Terminal Panel Operator in any conditions and report directly to Shift Supervisor or Superintendent.Multi-Task Operator (MT)Performed multi-task involved minor Instrument,Mechanical and Electrical activity(s) whenever needed.All Multi-Tasking conducted and approved by Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd ( Owned by Shell & Petronas),nowdays known as Petronas LNG.
