I'm a firm believer in the quote, "Don't knock it till you tried it."I know I am capable of amounting to anything I set my mind to can do as long as enough work is put in and risks are taken to ensure a promising result. Even if the degree of that outcome has never occurred, I rather say, "I tried," than say, "I could've."The ins and outs of a business have left part of my brain sore. I've questioned how companies could start so small and make them into powerhouses. To answer those questions is one thing; to be a part of it is another. I often choose the latter; I pursue this field because it challenges me and, therefore, brings something out of me that is ever so curious and determined. However, beginning my tertiary education has given me the rush to look beyond just a finance degree. I want to become a leader in my community and give back to those who fostered my potential and nurtured it into who I am today. When time is generous, you'll find me at a park bench, reading a book.
