Market Expansion & Development- Led the marketing team to develop and execute a regional market strategy that addressed specific needs of the region or country and contributed to the leadership position of GE Healthcare in the PET Radiopharmacy segment worldwide. The strategy ranged from developing a cost-effective segment solution to a state of the art solution with service support and training program.New Product Introduction- Developed and executed a pipeline of new products in collaboration with OEM suppliers to address the strategic view and demand from the market worldwide. Strategic Supply Chain AllianceExecuted 2 Strategic Supplier contract agreements that contributed to the overall business profitability in 2010 : - One contract outsourced the purchasing, consolidation and servicing activities for all non-GE equipment (over 15 different suppliers). The outsource contract represents a significant bottom line margin increase. - The second contract selected a preferred Nuclear Medicine Isolation technology Manufacturer. This strategic contract provides a preferred global pricing structure for all regions (Buying Power), which improves top line margin by as well as provides an opportunity to co-develop new products, which minimizes GEHC overhead cost.
