Preparación de presupuestos de reparaciones y servicios de mantenimiento de equipos electromecánicos, gestión de presupuestos de repuestos con proveedores nacionales e internacionales (rodamientos, reductores, bombas, compresores, etc).Supervisión de trabajos en taller de balanceo dinámico y análisis de vibraciones aplicados a motores eléctricos, molinos de martillo, compresores, ventiladores industriales, agitadores, centrífugas, ejes de barcos, etc.Supervisión y líder de equipos de trabajo en plantas industriales de los clientes cuando la necesidad lo requiere. Preparación de presupuestos para licitaciones de servicios de mantenimiento electromecánicos.Gestión de nuevos clientes para atracción de trabajos de mantenimiento, ingeniería de equipos y/o asistencia técnica de los mismos.

Reporting to the Plant Manager - Maintenance team of 15 people and 3 supervisor to support the 24 hs diary production during 3 shifts monday to saturday (included utilities equipment such as MV to LV transformers, air compressed generators, cooled water towers, etc and building maintenance)- The plant include 23 injection molding machines (from 100 to 700 TN) and 8 extrusion lines for PP/PE pipe tubes for water, sewage drain liquids, natural gas and its accesories.- Main responsabilities, to design and to establish a new predictive & preventive plan, to define maintenance´s kpi for the daily following-up as MTTR, MTBF, % break-down machines, etc; to reorganize the maitenance team, to improve the maintenance team´s capacity, to plan and program preventive and predictive maintenance schedule, supervise maintenance contractor (elevator technician, forklift fleet corrective and preventive maintenance, air condition preventive maintenance and others no critical equipment), people's team performance assesment- Also we did studies of water cooled capacity to expand the service and analysis of compressed air lines performance (flow & pressure)- Define minimun stock level for maintenance warehouse items and replenishment quantity for themAnalyze all the utilities needs to install new machines such as cooled water, power, compressed air, lay-out, etc.

Reporting to the Plant Manager and to the Maintenance Regional Manager,- I drove a maintenance team of 35 persons to support and perform emergency, corrective and preventive maintenance to 70 different lines of production, utilities and building maintenance in a plant wich works 24 hours a day in 3 shifts from Monday to Saturday.- I received a report from six people directly and daily, a mechanical supervisor, an electrical supervisor, a building and utilities supervisor, a warehouse clerk, a lubrication & predictive maintenance supervisor (contractor permantly working at the plant) and an electronic specialist. - Responsible for plan and program corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance routines, review the preventive and predictive maintenance scheme, plan and program any improvement task required by process engineering area or any other, follow-up and report maintenance's kpi such as MTTR, MTBF, % unavailabity machine to regional maintenance manager daily; to assist MP9 maintenance software implementation leader, supervise any contractor working in maintenance tasks at the plant, reorganize maintenance warehouse and define critical spare parts. - Coordinate, define and asignment resources for annual maintenance shutdown, plan and program all the corresponding maintenance activities- Follow-up and monthly report of variable maintenance expenses as well as annual maintenance budget- Help the Capex Responsible to choose those equipments which need a modernization because electronic device's obsolescence in order to improve the line's productivityAccomplishments:- to start the warehouse reorganization (40 % of completion),- to start the maintenance department reorganization (40 % of completion)- to list critical spare parts for level A line machines (30 % of completion)- to reach 80 % of program tasks for the 2019/2020 annual shutdown- zero losses during my duties at Prysmian Argentina plant.

Reporting to the head of plant maintenance,- Responsible for plan, program and follow-up execution of preventive and predictive maintenance routines for 4 plants within industrial complex where there were a plant for plastic injection moulding machines to produce inner auto parts, a plant with hydraulic press for inner auto panel doors, a plant with high pressure water system to cut inner auto's ceiling panel and another one where there was a process to make polyurethane injection cushions' seats for cars. - I had a team of 10 technicians (mechanical and electrical background) to do the planned routines - Responsible for coordinate wiht purchase department spare parts aqcuisition and consumables for daily operation of maintenance department- Coordinated installation of two plastic injection moulding machines with all the utilities necessary to run those new equipment such as, compressed air piping, electric wiring for supply power, cooled water piping, a new cooled water tower, and to assist the foreign technician who helped us to install and to do initial test of both machines (Krauss Maffei & CLF)- I also worked as Production supervisor during one and half year for the injection moulding machines plant with 15 operators under my responsibility Accomplishments,- Got the installation of two plastic injection moulding machines two days before the deadline with zero accident for both own and contractor people- Implementation of production control software within the plastic injection moulding machines area during 2006 year - Development of set-up sheets for all the plastic moulds which ran in that plant

Reporting to the company Quality Manager,- Technical representative as Professional Engineer for the conversion center where gasoline cars were converted to natural gas fuel vehicle before to the Argentinian body of control of all natural gas commercial activities (ENARGAS). - At the same time I was the quality assurance coordinator for the production lines of steel cylinders for use as tank in natural gas vehicles- Planned, programed and executed all the internal audits to comply with ISO 9001 and TS16949 standards systems.- Coordinator of increase capacity Cordoba plant tasks during 4 months of 2003 year. I had to supervise nearly 35 persons belonging to contractors which worked installing new energy wiring to the new machines, piping for natural gas, oxygen, nitrogen and cooled water system.- Operation and maintenance responsible for a compressed natural gas steel cylinders testing line, where each steel cylinder must be tested in a five year period to fulfill ENARGAS requirements to continue its useful life on board of a vehicle fueled by CNG. I had 3 technicians under supervision which perform the operation and execute all maintenance tasks necessary to operate the line.Accomplishments,- Started-up an operation line for testing steel CNG succesfully - Finished 2 weeks before the programed project deadline to increase production capacity at Cordoba plant- Got the certification as NGV Completed Equipment Producer before public body of control for the fuel to CNG conversion centre
