As a Data Scientist in Sales, my primary responsibilities include analyzing and identifying new business opportunities and insights, and presenting these findings to stakeholders. To achieve this, I perform advanced queries on various databases and repositories, such as Teradata using SAS Enterprise Guide, Hadoop using Hive connector and DBeaver, IBM Mainframe using DB2, and SQL Server. I then design dashboards in BI tools like Tableau and Sisense to display key business KPIs, allowing users to understand metrics immediately through professional templates such as P&L (Profit and Loss), and KPI comparisons against targets and plans.Additionally, I have developed several machine learning models, including SARIMA, XGBoost, and K-Means, to predict key business metrics using different forecasting methodologies in Python. I also engage in process reengineering and automation tasks to further enhance operational efficiency.

Business Analytics Corporate: My main responsibilities are to analyze and find new business opportunities and insights. Additionally, I have created a few Machine Learning models (SARIMA, XGBoost, K-Means) "differents forecasting methodologies" on Python to predict some of the main Key metrics for the business teams. Also, I give support in global projects deployment (SalesForce, MicroStrategy and others) as part of global support for LA region (Mexico and Argentina) and I participate in different projects with global teams (US, Canada, India, Mexico) designings solutions, adjusted, adaptations giving support for LA region.Besides, I work in other tasks such as process reengineering, automation, macros.

Previous project: Project Leader 1) in charge of deploy and maintenance for different modules of CRM (.net) this tool is a complete solution for the business teams (signings and client management, sales management, campaign management, cockpits, and reports) 2) Incentives tools (.net) this tool is in charge of upload all the monthly results, calculate and publish the incentive payments for the sales teams giving support to more than 250 users.

In charge of developing a CRM solution (.net C#) leading a third party team (three resources) this tool has different modules such as Signing Management, Client Management, Campaign, different cockpit spend and reports. About 450 users (Mexico and Argentina).
