Having very good results on the ones conducted with Zero nonconformities.• Molds Validation.• Responsible to issue COA´s (Product Analisis Certificate) for Customers.• Responsible for the Incoming área. Coordinate that quality inspectors perform measurements of critical specifications of each components according to the defined AQL.• Responsible to perform Dock Audits. Coordinate the final product inspection according to the defined AQL to ensure product meets with Customer quality requirements.• Responsible to follow up on Customer complains coordinating the different teams (production, engineering, materials) to define preventive and corrective actions. • Responsible to audit the implemented Customer complains actions.• Responsible to perform audits to the production processes randomly.• Scrap Verification (PPMs)• Management of metrology equipment – VMM, Resin moisture measuring equipment, caliper, optical comparator.• Develop Smartscope (VMM) programs according to the Customer critical specifications. • Calibration verification of the different equipment.

• Banking (Accounting) reconciliations of san Fernando, Nuevo Laredo, Rio Bravo, Valle Hermoso, Matamoros and Reynosa branch offices.• Gas inventory audit to branch offices by using Prometeus System.• Payroll responsible, checking employees weekly work hours and activities such as performing bank deposits.• Visit to Customers with past due accounts together with the accountant to get promises dates of payment. • Audits to the branch offices on the cash available.• Responsible to perform month end activities for all the branch offices, perform P&L of each branch office to review with Company directors.• Responsible to issue and control budgets for each brach office.• Responsible to perform new hires, performing all the hiring process such interviews and recommendations.

• Responsible to apply to candidates the evaluations and Psicometric tests.• Cantidates interview.• Review candidate work history.• Visit to candidate home address to evaluate the current situation and ask neighbors for feedback about conduct of the candidate.• Perform a check with local pólice for candidate records.• Perform hiring process for branch offices located in Monterrey, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo and Reynosa.
