I was responsible for transforming all data across Salesforce into actionable insights and ideated, designed, and developed AI applications that resulted in the 4th industrial revolution at Salesforce. I led Salesforce's understanding of customer health via AI applications such as Net Adoption Score (NAS), which is a deep-learning powered engine to understand how customers leverage Salesforce technology, and Net Promoter Score (NPS), the voice of the customer, so both can inform how to get to succeed with Salesforce. Additionally, I headed Enterprise Information Management, data strategy, governance, quality, and operations, as well as the Data Ecosystem infrastructure that enables delivering trusted data intelligence at scale.
