I represent Newpark Resources as a On-site mud engineer. My job duties are included but not limited to maintaining drill fluid through various testing, communicating clearly with customer to satisfy job end state, and handle logistics of chemicals and OBM.

I worked closely with the Mud Engineer to ensure the mixing and care of the drilling mud was maintained. I inspected and maintained proper maintenance on the rig pumps, shakers/shaker screens, and crown. During Tripping operations I would be in the derrick board handling the pipe.

I received and executed orders from my chain of command in both combat situations and training scenarios. I did two tours in Iraq and was a key component for my unit during Operation Iraqi Freedom. As a team leader in Japan I led and trained over 100 marines in combat operations, firm base operations and satellite patrolling. I was also the companies Scout Swimmer during all 7 combat boat raids.
