Command and direct multiple programs, including the Single Point of Access for Adults and Children, the Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program, and other community services with authorized public health, social service, and community providers. Own full-spectrum organization administration to include fiscal reporting, accounting, team leadership, performance management, board member relations, chairing committees, and planning annual budgets for immediate and long-range priorities. Serve as an official Community Services representative on county committees and work groups, the FLPPS, regional work groups, and other public agencies at the state and federal level. Facilitate workshops to educate the community on avenues to promote the efficient use of mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability services while also promoting a prevention agenda. Advocated for local policy change focused on encouraging the development and expansion of preventative, rehabilitative, and treatment programs in the field of mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities facilities. Evaluated the organization, discovered operational gaps, and implemented remediation plans to ensure compliance with the Safe Act requirements, including end-to-end investigations and reporting.
