- Support business units (BUs) by being the single point of contact (SPOC) of submitted expenserequests (ERs) within SAP.- Responsible for guiding customers/vendors through our procurement process with the goal of smoothexecution in receiving purchase orders (POs) timely and delivering impeccable customer service.- Extensive knowledge of our procurement process and regulations.- Managing our procurement general mailbox. This includes answering any ERs questions,procurement process questions & SAP troubleshoot in addition to daily tasks.- Help identify if ERs should be negotiated and go through our sourcing team.- Assign ERs to our procurement team that our BUs submit to the procurement mailbox rather thansubmit in SAP.- Complete assigned JIRA ER tickets from beginning to end. Includes submitting pending contractsand additional documentation to legal team for review.- Assist BUs with weekly status updates on pending ER requests, push for POs in timely manner fromERP team and provide signed contracts that went through process back to the business units.- Utilizing the Ariba platform to create CW#s projects assisting the contracts team

- Interact with manufacturers and vendors daily to set up new items to offer in stores inventory.- Navigate in Salesforce to upload item info dispatch to stores.- Experienced in Power BI building invoice reports to identify short pays/overages.- Work with multiple groups across the organization such as vendor on-boarding, merchandise business systems, and support pricing teams daily.- Ensure retail pricing is competitive for the market and obtain or request promotion pricing if applicable.- Experience with setting-up products to be sold at 7-Elevens via wholesalers and vendors.- Develop and update vendor program pricing for over 400 customers.- Collaborate with vendors in reaching resolution to any potential obstacles reported by stores such as order/delivery, UPC codes, stocking or billing issues.- Produce monthly SQL/SRP reports in Microsoft Access to create files that can be used to assist to update retail pricing as necessary across the United States.
