The company products’ feature no trans fats, no preservatives, and no additives. In lieu, of the moderately priced products Quack’s Bakery is highly sought as a wholesale distributor for many popular Austin establishments. The company averages 500k to 1 million dollars in annual revenue and employs a staff of 30 to 35.• Primary role to improve customer satisfaction, improve and maintain operational processes, manage a staff of eight employees in the front of the house area, and resolve customer/ staff disputes. • Managed daily wholesale orders, totaling an average of 60k to 65k monthly revenue (cumulative 180k to 195k) for up to 30 local clients• Performed accounting duties of invoice and check entry, issuing payment checks/credits, and account reconciliation.• Responsible for developing social media marketing and maintaining website content• Successfully performs all front of the house roles as well as provide backup assistance as needed. • Assists in training of new employees on front of the house and/or back of the house duties and responsibilities.• Responsible for daily ordering of bakery perishables and general supplies, as well as ensuring supplies are well stocked/organized.
