As a Head of Architecture, I act as a customer advisor for Enterprise MarTech architectures. Under the Medallia offering, I help our customers understand the role of our platform capabilities and how these can fit in their organisation's MarTech ecosystem.A key aspect of my role is ensuring our platform adoption is carefully planned to help our customers achieve their business goals efficiently. I take an active role in pre-sales, onboarding, adoption and continued success of our customers. I work closely with our sales, marketing, strategy, product, support and customer success departments throughout all these stages. My role also entails multiple activities, from Solution Architecture to Solutions Consulting.

As a Technology Director, I am responsible for managing a high-performing engineering team to deliver premium digital technical solutions. My job is to ensure the teams’ output is technically excellent and exceeds quality goals and client expectations. My role involves owning technical strategy, building and managing client relationships consulting with clients, acting as an escalation point and collaborating with relevant teams to create innovative solutions. As a Technology Director at all times I seek to improve internal practices and procedures and foster a professional and supportive environment for staff development.

As a Principal Architect at AKQA my main focus is on Enterprise Marketing Technology programs. I work closely with different stakeholders at all levels within our clients to ensure that the best out of the marketing technology stack is leveraged to achieve the business goals. Amongst my main responsibilities are: developing a high performance team of marketing technologists, working with client partners to develop and strengthen new business opportunities that align with our client business and technology strategy and lead the research on emerging technologies and the impact on the the strategy to assess and embrace any change that could drive a positive outcome. Also, as a Principal Architect, part of my responsibilities include developing healthy and productive relationships with the platforms vendors and other third parties such as platform support teams, tech-ops and partner development managers.

As part of the System Integration department, my role consists of working closely with the head of the department, technical leads, sales representatives, project managers, analysts and developers in order to design, implement and deliver the best solutions for all of our customers use cases. Technical lead and application architect of Cloud applications for the banking industry. Lead a team of 6 software analysts and developers to deliver the first version of a private cloud hosted application oriented to provide web security and vulnerabilities automated analysis and audits.Major Responsibilities include requirements gathering, functional analysis, design and architecture of the application, estimation and resource allocation, project monitoring, meetings with end customers, among others.

As an IT Consultant at Oxfera my main responsibilities were maintaining an inventory of applications and infrastructure needed to support 8 homegrown applications, managing vendors and client stakeholders relations as well as managing quality and support of the solutions deployed. Other duties also included analysis and development of business applications based on the Rich Internet Applications’ technologies: Adobe Flex 3/4, J2EE, BlazeDS, Tomcat, Apache, Spring, Hibernate, iBatis, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, SAP, SVN.Other responsibilities include requirements gathering, functional analysis, design and architecture of the application, estimation and resource allocation, project monitoring, meetings with end customers, among others.
