From being an accountant to Director of Finance for both private and publicly traded companies, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and develop fully as a financial professional. I’ve managed multiple finance teams across 6 regions dealing in transactions and financial reporting across 17 countries. I’ve also had the pleasure of being mentored by extremely bright and dynamic leaders. Combined with my strong leadership skills, this has allowed me to take on additional management responsibilities outside of Finance throughout my career. In a previous role, in addition to the responsibilities of leading multiple finance teams on a global basis, I was tasked with ensuring our US Business Development team met its core objectives and exceeded at surpassing key metrics, that our operations and technical teams delivered projects within budget and well beyond our client’s expectations, and that our HSEQ department provided guidance to all within our organization to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment. In my current role, I’ve had the opportunity to work side by side with other members of our company’s executive team to ensure Finance operates as a true business partner. I strive to build a finance team that adds value, is dedicated to the success of the organization, and is continually searching for opportunities to improve our financial position.
