As a defense attorney for environmental rights and the Sierra de la Macarena natural park, my job is to protect and preserve this important ecosystem for present and future generations. With my work at the Corporation for the Sustainable Development of the La Macarena Special Management Area - CORMACARENA, I have been an active part in the implementation of public policies and environmental conservation strategies in Colombia.Thanks to my merits and experience, I had the honor of competing before the National Civil Service Commission and winning the position as defense attorney for environmental rights and the Sierra de la Macarena Natural Park.In addition, I have experience as a professor of Military Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Introduction to Law and Education at the Eduardo Cuervas Police School. Through education, I seek to instill in students a critical conscience and an ethic committed to social justice and respect for human rights and the environment.I am a member of the active reserve of the national police in the rank of captain, and I worked in the national police for 20 years in the following positions: carabineros from 2001 to 2002; security officer from 2002 to 2011; lawyer 2012 to 2018; head of automatic dispatch center (911) 2018 to 2019; head of coordination 2019 to 2019; Head of the 2020 information center and promoter of the network 12-18-2019 to 08-26-2020.I joined the police as a patrolman and my good work will improve my official service and I will go on to the rank of second lieutenant, lieutenant and captain; In the entity I studied and became a lawyer, I also made the following specializations: in police service, in criminal, constitutional and judicial law, administrative law and I was appointed as a professor of police through resolution 011863 of July 27, 2020 and I am currently a professor from the eduardo cuevas police school.The skills of the month are teamwork, discipline and punctuality.
