Responsibility for ensuring that the company's royalty liabilities and obligations are in accord with the Artist's Contracts, License Agreements, Company All in Fee Agreement and Industry Copyright Agreement.Supervising the processing and maintenance of all release data and publisher liabilities to ensure that the business fully complies with the terms and conditions of the Mechanical Copyright, All in Fee, Local Artist Agreements and License Agreements.Proactively ensure the maintenance and development of local royalty systems to improve the efficiency of the department directly with UMGI system support and internal IT department.Liaise with other departments relating to relevant information required for royalty processing eg. Licensing, legal and business support. A&R.Liaise directly with senior Royalty Manager related to quarterly runs.
