(CONSISA), a leading consultancy firm specializing in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions for public sector organizations in Colombia. Since 2008, I have led the company’s mission to drive digital transformation and operational excellence in government entities, helping them modernize their financial, tax, and administrative processes, while improving their relationship with citizens.At CONSISA, we have spearheaded key projects that optimize public administration through SAP solutions, particularly in tax and revenue management, strategic project management, and business intelligence. Our work has been instrumental in transforming entities such as the Government of Valle del Cauca and the City Hall of Santiago de Cali, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that streamline public financial management and enhance strategic decision-making.Before founding CONSISA, I built a robust career in both public and private sectors, working on financial and administrative transformation projects. My previous roles include leadership positions in public policy development and consulting for national and international organizations.
