Elected as part of the Logistics and Distribution Vice Presidency, I work by side of the managers of the distribution centers (CEDI´s) of the company across the country, proposing better practices in different process and managing the operations when the managers go out for recess.

• Finishing the trainee program, I am being part of Human Resources Vice Presidency, in the Organizational Developmet Direction, where I work side by side with the vice presidency of sales, supporting different ideas.
• Consolidation of a new structure of the vice presidency of Sales, creating two news directions and improving the relation between the strategy positions and the tactital ones

• Across the trainee program, I was part of Logistics and Distribution Vice Presidency, where I generated and supported different initiatives and process about the distribution of the products on the national market..
• Idealization of different tools that consolidate the information of the secondary fleet of the company (One of them was a control tower using: Microsoft power Bi, GLPI, and Microsoft SQL server)
• Management and consolidation of DAE: strategical alliance between the company and the distributors to improve the different indicators and was approved to be implemented along the country

Across the trainee program, I was part of the Executive Commercial Vice Presidency, where I developed and managed a supporting decision tool related to the prices of the different products of Postobón in the market.The tool presents principal indicators like Share Of Value, Average Price, Numerical Distribution, Share Of Market and others presented in data.
