Product Engineering Coordinator - Oe Team Lead
CurrentProduct development leadership for the OE/OES market. Responsible for analyzing new opportunities, analyzing technical requirements and creating specific solutions and products for each customer demand.Responsible for developments with a global team of applications in other countries, such as the USA, Argentina and Colombia.Allocation of resources and prioritization of each activity, developing each team member with technical training and personal growth to achieve not only the company's goals, but also the development of each one.Support for the sales team in technical visits and discussions with customers with finding the best technical solution for all stakeholders.This role is also related to project management, developing schedules with milestones involving stakeholders from outside and inside the organization, leading communication and transparency during the project with all parties.Concepts and tools widely used in this role: Team development and feedback tools (PDI – Individual Development Plan), SCI Feedback, SMART Goals, Prioritization and impact tools such as GUT Matrix, technical tools such as DFMEA, APQP, DVPR (Validation Plan), schedules, PPAP, technical discussion and negotiation, Office package, SAP and the company's internal ERP, VAVE projects and analyses, Minitab, Solid Works.
